About First Class Education
Berto is a recognized industry leader and one of the top-producing title professionals in the country, with over a decade of success in the New York City real estate market. His ability to create value for his business partners has earned him deep, long-standing relationships with many of the city’s most prominent developers, attorneys, brokers, and lenders.
Before joining Empire National Title, Berto worked as a real estate agent and producing branch manager at a mortgage company, where he was named Rookie of the Year, earned Diamond Club honors, and ranked Top 10 out of 75,000 executives nationwide.
In addition to his title work, Berto is an experienced real estate investor, multifamily landlord, and Airbnb Superhost with multiple properties under management.
Born in Lima, Peru and raised north of Boston, Berto holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Northeastern University. He now lives in Brooklyn with his wife Alyssa, their daughters Violet and Olive, and their cat Waffles.
When he’s not working, Berto is passionate about personal growth, fitness, playing guitar and singing, and travel — including five unforgettable trips to Burning Man.
Aya serves as the Education Coordinator for First Class Education, managing all aspects of school scheduling, class organization, and certificate issuance. She is also the Executive Assistant to Berto Antunano, Partner and Vice President of Empire National Title, where she supports high-level operations and client relations.
With a strong background in digital marketing and event coordination, Aya ensures that every continuing education session runs seamlessly from start to finish. A graduate of William Cullen Bryant High School with a 4.0 GPA and currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Digital Marketing at Borough of Manhattan Community College, she brings both academic excellence and practical expertise to her role.
Aya holds certifications in Google Analytics, Business Analytics, Graphic Design, and Creative Problem Solving, and is fluent in Arabic and French. Prior to joining First Class Education, she worked as an Executive Assistant, organizing and hosting broker classes, fostering partnerships with real estate professionals, and promoting events through social media. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to professional growth make her an invaluable part of the First Class Education and Empire National Title teams.
